Registration is online and you will need to enter your passport number and upload a clear colour scanned copy of your passport (biodata page). The passport must be valid at the time of registration and your Test Date. The same ID document must be presented on the day of the test.

NOTICE TO NON- FIJI RESIDENTS ( effective March 2025)

 

Test takers who are non-resident in Fiji will not be permitted to sit an IELTS on Paper test. 

We will require all test takers who do not hold Fiji nationality and who book an IELTS on Paper test to provide us with acceptable proof of residence by email at least three days before the scheduled test date.

If such test takers do not or are unable to provide acceptable proof of residence, then we will cancel the booking and refund the test fee.

When   you agree to the terms online, you are confirming that you have read and understood the  IELTS rules and regulations and agree to abide by them. 

4. The Speaking test may be taken up to seven days before or after the other three tests.

You can transfer funds to the test centre bank account using the below bank account details. Please use your last name and your date of birth as our payment reference/narration (eg. koroi 30/10/72). Payment must be received within 48 hours of registration for IELTS tests only. To avoid losing your seat please rebook at the end of 48 hours if receipt of payment has not been confirmed by the Test Centre, and email info@ches.ac.fj a screenshot/photo of your bank deposit details.  Please note bank charges if making an international transfer.
