If you cancel your  test within 7 working days of the test date there is no refund, unless you provide proof to the Administrator that your ability to sit the test has been affected by illness or serious cause.

 

Serious causes include:

​

•    illness – e.g. hospital admission, serious injury or illness 
•    loss or bereavement – death of a close family member
•    hardship/trauma – victim of crime, victim of a traffic accident
•    military service.

If your cancellation date is before the 7 working day period, the test fee of $540 FJD will be refunded minus the administration fee of $135 FJD

 

 Candidates must complete a Request for Refund Form and attach the appropriate documentation and/or evidence.
